CREATI VID 19: creative ideas, week 3

Here you will find a summary of the ideas we have been sharing this third week. In SCOPEN we keep on collecting #creativity emerging worldwide, even beyond our own industry, to celebrate and to make visible The Bright Side of Darkness.

Day 11

If the one ingredient we need to beat this pandemic is #creativity, in SCOPEN, we know we are going to succeed. We eagerly recommend this example by @GettyMuseum https://twitter.com/GettyMuseum/status/1242845952974544896 and also to follow the @covidartmuseum on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/covidartmuseum/. People are amazing!

Day 12

These days, balconies have become social temples all around the world. People meet at eight to applaud medical staff on the frontline against the coronavirus, to play music, to celebrate birthdays, to talk with each other, or to take care of their neighbors. See the best pictures: https://www.theguardian.com/world/gallery/2020/mar/19/balconies-sites-hope-coronavirus-in-pictures and https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2020/03/in-pictures-life-on-balconies-and-through-windows-as-the-world-locks-down/

Day 13

We all like receiving letters, especially when alone and fighting coronavirus. Cristina Marín Campos, a Spanish doctor, transmitted a message to her family and friends, inviting them to post encouraging letters to patients. In 24h, people sent 35.000 letters and pictures: https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2020/03/spanish-letter-campaign-offers-solidarity-virus-patients-200319133731809.html

Day 14

There are thousands of workouts to stay fit in quarantine. But what is there for the intellect? @modesto_garcia and @javi_decastro have created #crimenesilustrados (#illustratedcrimes): a series of image mysteries on twitter which you are invited to solve through given clues. A good way to train our brain and amuse ourselves. We warn you: it is in Spanish, and it is addictive!

Day 15

When Valentina Raiola and her urban sketchers' friends began quarantine, they thought that it would be a good idea to tell the world what they saw while confined, through paintings. That is why they created #uskathome (Urban Sketchers at Home). The result is beautiful! https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/uskathome/
