The Cannes Lions Festival premiered in 1954. The lion embodies the festival’sheart and soul and winning one means that the work submitted has been judged by the brightest talent around in the industry and recognised as one of its best ideas. It is also the confirmation of a consensus in the creative field, a difficult discipline in itself to define, but absolutely essential for businessesto drivetransformative change.
The 2020-21 Lion-winning work was announced, awarded and celebrated in a fully digital experience (21-25 June 2021) with a total number of 982 Lions.
