Consultores de Publicidad, S.A. (hereinafter SCOPEN), is an entity committed to transparency when processing its client data and following the full application of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), it has adapted its Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy. 

In this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy, SCOPEN collects all information relating to the personal data processing of our clients, potential clients and users, the purposes for processing their data, with whom we share it and the rights that assist the interested parties.

For which purposes do we process your personal data? 

At SCOPEN we process your personal data manually and/or automatically to achieve the following purposes: 

I- For the management, maintenance and development of the contractual relationship in the case of our clients and suppliers, which may include collection and billing management. II- For the management and development of the contractual relationship with the 

participants in the events, studies, prizes and actions we carry out. III- To deal with information requests or requests made through our contact channels. IV- To include your professional contact details in our advertising, marketing and 

communication specialised guides. V- To send you invitations to participate in the studies, reports, barometers and surveys 

we carry out. VI- To send you communications by any means regarding news from the advertising, marketing and communication sector, and in particular those related to SCOPEN’s professional activity. VII- To keep you informed and send you calls for events, presentations, festivals and other proceedings taking place in the advertising, marketing and communication sector. VIII- To manage your subscription and therefore send you information about SCOPEN’s 

activity in the event that you subscribe to any of our newsletters. IX- To carry out the studies or reports in which you participate. X- To evaluate your application and, if applicable to carry out the necessary actions to include you in a selection process, in the event that you send us your curriculum vitae. XI- To send you surveys regarding the quality of our products and services. XII- To get statistical data regarding traffic to our web pages. 

How do we get your personal data? 

The personal data that we process at SCOPEN comes from the holder when they contract our products or services, participate in our studies or surveys, when they register or participate in any of the events, awards or proceedings that we hold or when they request information through consultations, budgets or subscription to our newsletters. 

In addition, SCOPEN collects data from information sources where the contact details of natural persons who provide services in companies and entities are published and that refer exclusively to their professional activity, or data that those affected have publicly manifested and which, in any case, are only referred to their professional activity.

How long do we keep your data?

Personal data will be kept as long as the contractual relationship, commercial and/or provision of services is maintained, and once these are concluded, for the period necessary to meet the processing responsibilities that may be required of SCOPEN during the period of prescription of these. 

In relation to processing based on legitimate interest, until the interested party requests opposition to the processing or deletion of their data. 

In relation to processing based on consent, until the interested party revokes it. 

In any of the cases, when the data is no longer necessary for the initial purposes, or when its deletion is requested, SCOPEN may keep it blocked in order to comply with its legal obligations or the data will be securely destroyed. 

Who do we share your data with? 

SCOPEN will not share personal data with third parties unless we have requested your previous consent. 

However, at SCOPEN, in order to comply with the aforementioned purposes, we may allow third parties to access the personal data we process. In general, these will be companies that will provide auxiliary services necessary to meet the purposes we have mentioned previously, and always within the framework of the corresponding processing order, and that correspond to the following categories: 

- Technological and computer services providers - Marketing and advertising providers and external collaborators. - Logistic services providers. - Financial institutions. - Legal, tax or accounting advice service providers. 

Finally, SCOPEN may communicate your personal data to competent authorities and institutions when necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data? 

As far as they are applicable, you may exercise the following rights before SCOPEN: 

- The right to request access to personal data and therefore know whether or not we at 

SCOPEN are processing personal data concerning you. - Right to request the rectification or deletion of your data. - Right to request limitation of processing in certain circumstances, in which case SCOPEN 

will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims. 

- The right to object to the processing of your data when circumstances and reasons related to your particular situation, so justify this. In this case, SCOPEN will stop processing your data except for compelling legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defence of possible claims. - Right to data portability. - The right to withdraw the given consent for any purpose based on it, at any given time.

Finally, we inform you that, if you consider your rights have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the corresponding data protection authority, and that in the case of Spain it will be the Spanish Data Protection Agency, https://www.aepd.es/

SCOPEN has adopted the necessary technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data’s security and confidentiality. The policies for data processing and security measures implemented at SCOPEN aim to prevent the alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised use of your personal data.
